Kourtney had the team move the cart we were looking at to the showroom to place multiple sets of tires and wheels with so we could pick a set out. They worked patiently and diligently to ensure the cart met our goals for a new cart. They communicated with us the day of delivery letting us know they were about to leave Bridge City and updated us multiple times while on their way to let us know their estimated arrival time. Jose upon delivery took about 30 minutes to show us everything on the cart and helped us with connecting our phones and downloaded all yhe apps. Awesome service!!!!
Keith DawsApril 3, 2024We were shopping around for a while and couldn't decide on a Li-ion or a gas 6 seater. We decided to visit Jak'd carts in Bridge City TX. After about 1.5 hours of driving and testing 3 different models we decided on a gas model. Kourtney, Adam and Heath were extremely helpful and patient. They have a branch in Cypress TX who just became a Club Car dealer and had 3 gas 6 seaters coming in, just didn't know when. About 2 weeks later we got the call they were in : they sent pics, we chose our color and they took care of the rest! I can't say enough how much I appreciate the customer service before , during and after the sale! It was easy and no pressure! If you need or want a golf cart I highly recommend giving them a call or going to see them! From new to refurbished to used they are very competitive on price and have tons of accessories to accommodate anyone! You won't be disappointed at all!

I was looking in Lubbock TX first that’s only an hour drive away but they wanted me to buy what’s on the floor and was not willing to get me what I wanted. So I found Jak’d Golf Carts online and even though it’s far away the shipping was very reasonable. Well I was just asking questions and even running past closing time the owner Adam went back to the shop making sure I get the correct tires and rims with all the accessories. Man this place blew my mind of how well they ran their business, I honestly felt like I was a VIP and getting special treatment. What a phenomenal place, damn these people are good. It also save me $2,000 from the Lubbock store, what a great experience❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
